Ingredients

  • 4oz/100g plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 ping (250ml) milk

Method

  1. Mix batter
  2. Add a small knob of butter to the pan

  1. Heat pan to 190C on medium heat
  2. Add 30ml of batter
  3. Turn the heat down and cook the pancake on low heat for 2 minutes
  4. Flip pancake
  5. Turn the heat up and cook for 40 seconds on medium heat
  6. Pancake is ready
