Ingredients

  • Salmon Steaks
  • Olive Oil
  • Shallots
  • Dill (optional)

Method

  1. Put the Salmon and thinly sliced shallots in the sous vide bag with a little olive oil. Seal with a pump, or submerge in water with the seal above the waterline to force the air out. Seal the bag.
  2. Allow to marinade for 20 minutes.
  3. When using the pippa app, select your smallest ring to cook on.

  1. Heat pan to 58C on medium heat
  2. Add the salmon in the sous vide bag and clip to side of pan.
  3. Sous vide at 58-62C for 40 minutes.
